Information you choose to share

If you call, text, or email Limitless Solutions, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, evaluate the requested work, prepare an estimate or proposal, and coordinate an approved project.

Website analytics

When Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” It may measure pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source, and interactions such as service selections, estimate requests, phone clicks, and email clicks. This includes identifying visits referred from ChatGPT when the referral or campaign information is available.

You may decline analytics or reopen “Analytics choices” at any time. Your selection is stored in your browser on this device.

Project advisor

The project advisor can answer questions from an approved Limitless Solutions service guide and calculate a rough planning range from the project details you enter. A planning range is not a bid, quote, proposal, offer, or contract. When the optional live answer service is enabled, the question, the selected service, and a short portion of the conversation may be sent securely to OpenAI to prepare the answer. Limitless Solutions requests that OpenAI not store these responses through the API setting used by the site, although technical abuse-prevention or legal retention may still apply under the provider’s terms. Do not enter confidential information, payment-card details, bank information, or government identification numbers.

Payments

Limitless Solutions does not collect or store card or bank information on this website. Payments are made only through a secure third-party invoice or hosted payment page associated with an approved project. That provider handles the payment information under its own privacy and security terms.

Sharing and retention

Project information may be shared with the trades, fabricators, suppliers, or professional partners needed to evaluate or perform an approved scope. We do not sell the personal information you provide through a project inquiry. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for estimating, project delivery, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.
