Custom parts
Brackets, plates, bases, supports, guards, and other made-to-order components defined around the intended use.

Houston custom steel fabrication
Custom steel parts and assemblies coordinated from requirements and drawings through shop production, finishing, delivery, and installation planning.

01 / The work
Good fabrication starts with dimensions, material, tolerances, quantity, finish, and field interfaces that are understood by everyone. Limitless Solutions develops and manages that scope, then coordinates the right fabrication path for the job.
02 / Scope
Every proposal is built around the actual conditions, access, selections, and closeout requirements of your project.
Brackets, plates, bases, supports, guards, and other made-to-order components defined around the intended use.
Fabricated frames, welded assemblies, equipment supports, and miscellaneous steel packages coordinated to drawings and field interfaces.
Waterjet, high-definition plasma, saw cutting, or machining can be coordinated when the selected shop and material requirements support the scope.
Bending and press-brake work coordinated around the specified material, thickness, geometry, tolerances, and quantity.
Weld requirements, cleanup, coating, or powder-coat finishes are defined in the proposal and fabrication documents.
Packaging, delivery sequence, access, installation interfaces, and field verification are coordinated before release.
Fabrication delivery
Limitless Solutions scopes and manages your project from estimate through delivery and installation coordination. Shop fabrication may be performed by qualified Houston subcontractors, including Cadillac Fabrication of Texas, when suited to the scope. The fabricator for each project is confirmed in the proposal.

04 / Common questions
Send the best information you have: drawings or sketches, dimensions, quantities, material and thickness, finish, tolerances, delivery location, required date, and photos of any field interface. We will identify what must be clarified before pricing.
Often, yes. The proposal will identify any field verification, drafting, engineering, shop drawing, or customer approval needed before fabrication begins.
Limitless Solutions manages the commercial and project scope. Fabrication may be subcontracted to a qualified shop, including Cadillac Fabrication of Texas when it fits the work. The selected fabricator is identified in the proposal.
Those processes can be coordinated when they match the material, geometry, tolerances, finish, and selected shop capabilities. Your quote will state the included operations.
